Carter Burwell, CCIM joined Aronov in 2002 in the Commercial Division. Since that time, Mr. Burwell has been involved in almost every aspect of commercial real estate including retail, industrial, multi-family, office, land, and resort properties. His services include sales, leasing, tenant representation, site selection, 1031 exchanges, and investment analysis. Prior to joining Aronov, Mr. Burwell was an associate broker with John Hall & Company since 1996, where his responsibilities included general commercial brokerage in addition to land sales including farmland, timberland, and recreational properties. Mr. Burwell is active in the First United Methodist Church of Montgomery and a Board Member of the River Region United Way. Mr. Burwell attended the University of Alabama, where he was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon. He graduated in 1996 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance & Real Estate. He earned the CCIM designation in 2000, and is an active member of the Montgomery Commercial Real Estate Club. Mr. Burwell is also a member of the Leadership Council of the Alabama Center for Real Estate.
